Blog #6

I talked to my god mom two days ago and she is a pharmacist. She inspired me to become a pharmacist because she would always talk about it. She gave me advice on the path to a pharmacist.  The things she told me over the past three years, it really shaped me into my career path. She told me that it was going to be challenging on the path to becoming a pharmacist, but it will be all worth it. It was good talking to someone in the same career field because it gave me hope.
I want to be a pharmacist when I am older, so i need to take classes next semester to help pursue this goal. Even though I hate chemistry, I should probably take an advance version. I should take CP 102 because I only have taken 101. I should also take a math class like calculus to help me with math. I should also probably take the fitness class because you are required to take, so i should knock it out. This semester aligns with my roadmap because I need these important class to graduate from Samford and to become a Pharmacist. Even though I don't like all these classes, it is important that I take these classes.

I have a core interest in adventure and thinking. This weekend I went to play paintball with some of my friends. There were also random people there, I got to connect with random people to complete the objective. I know this is small, but it was fun working with other people all on the task to win. Next time I want to do breaking out in Birmingham because it is more intense. I really liked doing Tactics with some pretty intense people all with all the interest as me.

It felt good to get out of my comfort zone and meet new people. I only knew one person coming to Samford, so it was a necessity to get out of my comfort zone. I went to a fair with my connection group. It felt weird meeting new people, but the leaders were super nice and showed me around. There were at least 300 freshmen at the fair, so I got to meet people all over. I also got to meet people in my major, so we had a lot more in common than expected. I like mostly liked meeting people and the core interest I explored, but I am a shy person, so it was hard branching out to meet people. Overall I enjoyed this process.

This is Tyson! We got Tyson almost 3 years ago. The first picture is when he was a puppy and now he is gigantic because he is a lab/boxer mixed. We adopted him and funny story is we were not supposed to get Tyson. We picked out Tyson's brother to be our dog on a website, but we went to pets smart and accidentally got Tyson because they switched up the dog tags. In the car, we noticed something different and then we realized that we got the wrong dog. It was too late because we already fell in love with Tyson. It was a sign that the lady switched up the dog tags. I miss Tyson in college, even though he tries to take over my bed when I sleep with him.
